BGCWD SUMMER PROGRAM
Youth Programs *Please read in its entirety before calling We would like to thank everyone for their patience as we worked with our local health department, local school districts and all of our staff to develop best practices for operating during these uncertain times. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Weber-Davis would like to officially announce that we will operate a summer camp at our Roy Hope Center Facility and at Burch Creek Elementary. In order to align with the health and safety best practices provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Club will reduce its capacity for each building and limit all program spaces in order to be able to social distance. Each site will be limited to 30 students and will have certain rules and regulations that are different to past summer programs. *Unfortunately, we will not have a summer program in Ogden this Summer. Program Dates and Times Roy Hope Center

Parents are expected to answer a verbal health questionnaire daily upon drop‐off and authorize the Club or its representatives to administer a daily temperature check on their child prior to admission into the program. Upon enrollment, parents will be asked to review this document and our “Parent Handbook” with their children and reinforce the importance of compliance and safety. Members must be able to participate in programs at their designated workspace and follow instructions of Youth Development Professionals and all other site staff in order to ensure their safety.
